I bought the lotus t380s which is the same but without radio, case etc. I've flown 5 batteries through it and it is as near perfect as anything I have had. I only paid for it and got it in 3 days from Goodluckbuy.I have paid that much for just a flight contoller and it didn't work as well as the one on this machine. I haven't broken any props or had any crashes so I don't know about parts. I would not say that this quad is good for aerobatics but then I'm not interested in flipping a quad upside down. I use it for aerial photography using a gopro2. Where else can you get a platform that you can pull out of your trunk, go get your pictures and present it to clients all done within 15 minutes. Mine has already paid for itself so if it croaks I will buy another one and save this one for spare parts. In response to pshkong, I am an amateur pilot as well and I know exactly what category the walkera helis is in. The main reason why anyone will choose the v922 has to be the cost. A typical Walkers CP will cost about US$180 with a decent transmitter. To someone like me who has never tried a CP before, this is a huge risk to take.I'm on the fence between this one and the Super CP as my second CP (have nano cpx with dx4e). Waiting to see some better prices. Does this TX not have dual rates? That may be somewhat of an issue if attempting to fly inside house. Does the inverted control mode work very well? I'm to the point flipping is pretty easy (outside), but the backwards controls is my struggle right now when attempting to fly inverted. Just wondering if this special mode could be flipped into and out of fast enough to use it to help learn the correct inverted controls, or if it would just make it more confusing. I am definitely not one to quit or get frustrated, and I have a lot of patience when it comes to learning and mastering a given task. It's great weather for flying here in Beijing. There's barely any wind during the day and so I put 6 AA batteries in the stock transmitter and charged the 240mah battery.Im going to need your help about the APM2.5 which i have no clue where to start or what to have for.I've been using wookong and naza, just tarot camera mount but have not setup yet just waiting for this to finish to install. I like the feature of APM2.5 and going to get one once i get more info bout it.If you buy from usrobotics, they solder on the pins and include the cover which is labeled and also I have been following this thread for setup diagram which after looking at the case and diagram last night, seems pretty simple now. Also included is a power module to run the apm. This will be my first setup with the arduflyer so we are in the same boat.
