Sildenafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, is found in Kamagra 100 mg tablets and is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men (impotence). When used before sexual activity, Kamagra 100mg tablets stop a molecule called cGMP from being broken down (by the enzyme PDE5) in the erectile tissue of the penis during sexual desire, allowing blood to flow into the penis and generating an erection.
Kamagra 50 mg tablets contain sildenafil, which increases blood flow to the erectile tissue of the penis, causing an erection. Nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis during sexual stimulation, which activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase. This enzyme causes an erection by increasing the amounts of a substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which relaxes the blood arteries in the penis and allows blood to fill the spongy erectile tissues.
