But, the customer executives mentioned that I had to pay the full amount as the website was not updated. But, that’s not my fault, right? I felt that the service provider was a scam.

My intuition (that the service was not good) turned into reality when the customer executives practically refused to hear my grievances. In fact, they said that they were not obliged to refund my payment. After a long struggle, I was finally able to get my money back. This experience rendered me speechless.

If I were you, I would avoid Ninjaessays.com. Most importantly, I would conduct a thorough background check on the service providers before I availed their service.
