Suppose you are at the final moment of your nursing exam and trying to manage your time for nursing assignments by reserving as much for exams as possible. But will the present system help you in this regard? Chances are you will not find any nursing case study help outside of your regular study circles and convolute the entire process. This is where our education system is lacking to manage with contemporary changes.
Here are four immediate changes required in our education system to make sufficient progress. 1. Move away from rote learning mechanisms Suppose your history paper is knocking at the door. You have read all chapters throughout the year. But did your teacher bring about any practical examples to teach you? Have you ever been introduced to the concept called a history case study where not a single remark of yours goes without a reference? This happens because we depend too much on the rote learning mechanism.
The education councils and respective authorities must take steps to eradicate this rote mechanism and introduce evidence-based learning instead.
2. Respect all disciplines equally Suppose you just moved out of your school and joined management studies. Now you have to write a paper on Tesco and nobody can help you expect a Tesco case study help from outside. So, the schools must introduce a system where a scientific approach will be taken in all disciplines. This will help students from all backgrounds get a practical scope of learning to help them build a professional career. 3. Create a better assessment system The traditional system teaches us that marks are our only respite at the end of a whole year. Our professional sectors also prioritise marks and neglect other capabilities of students while recruiting them. The pressure of carrying extra marks creates anxiety for most students who are not capable of maintaining a scheduled study throughout the year.
Hence, our assessment system requires a sea change in liberalising the assessment system opening doors for everybody.
4. A better teacher training system The final change is the teaching staff. It is quite obvious that the routine job of a teacher makes them fall back to old values and structures. So, all schools must provide fresh training sessions for old teachers and new recruits. If teachers are not trained, how can we expect our future generations to embrace an open system?
