It is important to be aware of the potential for any of Fildena 150 drug interactions with other medications. The vast majority of tablet forms for this asthma medication are interchangeable with other asthma medications, such as Advair, Neti, and Singulair. The only serious interaction is seen as a possible reaction to the saline concentration in the container. There were no signs of fluid retention or drowsiness seen with either the elderly or the very young. One significant side effect was an increased chance of urinary tract infections. Patients should be alert for this and contact their doctor immediately.
Fildena 150 is one of the lowest strengths of all of the ED medications available. This makes it much more vulnerable to damage from side effects, especially as compared to other medications. Fildena has also been reported to cause gastrointestinal irritation, constipation, and vomiting. The combination of these side effects and the increased susceptibility for damage from interactions means that patients need to be careful about what they are taking.
