The main active ingredient in Extra Super Vidalista is tadalafil. Tadalafil relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow to specific parts of the body. Tadalafil, called Cialis, is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and is not highly recommended for women. Additionally, it has been approved by the US FDA for the treatment of symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and the same condition as ED and BPH.
