Balloon sinuplasty is a proven method of resolving underlying sinus problems. Unlike medications, balloon sinuplasty physically opens up the sinus cavity and cleans out infection. It is a minimally invasive procedure that is performed with no cutting, no removing tissue, and minimum risk of complications.
Unlike other treatments, balloon sinuplasty does not involve any complex procedures and gets to the root of the problem. This treatment involves inserting a small nasal catheter into the nasal cavity. If a blockage is found, the balloon is slowly inflated to open the path. Once the path is open, the contaminants are removed and drained. Normal breathing and sinus function gets restored.
