Use this remove apple watch band, print it off, and measure your wrist to determine the different sizes. You can also use a ruler. I discovered that when I used the tool, I had to go down one more size for the woven band, and it now fits perfectly. It can take you a few tries to find the right fit, but Apple's return policy is excellent.
