Packing & Shipping
1. Steel with a diameter or thickness of less than 30 mm and thin plates with a thickness of less than 4 mm should be delivered in bundles. Each bundle should have the same batch number. At least two signs should be affixed to each bundle. The nameplate should indicate the manufacturer's name, steel number, heat number and specifications.
2. Steel with a diameter or thickness equal to or greater than 30 mm can be delivered in bundles or not. A bundle of steel, each bundle has at least two marks, and the steel cannot be stamped. Unbound ladle shall be stamped or marked on the top steel or plate of each ladle. Unbound steel must be stamped on each steel or steel plate.
3. After the steel is packaged (or not packaged in bundles), it must be painted according to relevant standards.
4. For the bundled ladle, each bundle should be tied with iron wire in no less than two places.
5. When loading and unloading manually, the weight of each bundle shall not exceed 80kg, and when loading and unloading mechanically, the weight of each bundle shall not exceed 5t. With the consent of the purchaser, manual loading and unloading shall not exceed 130kg per bundle, and mechanical loading and unloading shall not exceed 10t per bundle.
