Men with erectile dysfunction (ED) can be treated with the drug Fildena 100. Sildenafil citrate, the active component of Fildena 100, is a member of the group of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors. To prevent overdose symptoms, do not take more than one pill of the prescribed medication within 24 hours of the preceding dose. The medication can be taken orally 30 to 60 minutes before engaging in any sexual activity with a glass of water. However, be sure to swallow it whole. Never chew or crush the medication. It is usually taken, with or without food, an hour before engaging in sexual activity.
