Excellent visit to the United Airlines New York Office recently. Staff were generally friendly and professional in answering my concerns quickly, making sure to explain everything related to flight details as well as possible. They helped solve an issue over some bookings that needed sorting out. It's a top-notch and clean organization. Smooth, hassle-free service seems to be their main care - so polite and patient when explaining everything. I left feeling confident and well-supported.
