Trekking to World's highest base camp journesy is lifetime travel experience. 14-day itinerary of everest base camp adventure takes you at 5,364 meters in base camp. Along the way, you'll see breathtaking views of mountains like Pumori, Lhotse, and, of course, mt. Everest.
Everest-Base-Camp-Trek
The trip starts with a short flight to Lukla, get way to Everest, or a drive to Manthali followed by a quick flight to Lukla, depending on the time of year. From Lukla, the trek begins, following the Dudh Koshi River and passing through Sagarmatha National Park to Namche Bazaar, an important trading spot and a place to get used to the altitude.
The journey is tough, but the scenery of forests, farms, hills, and mountains keeps you going. After acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar, we continue to Tengboche, where we visit a famous monastery. Then, we trek to Dingboche and Lobuche, with stunning views of more mountains like Lhotse and Makalu.
Finally, we hike to Gorak Shep and walk alongside the Khumbu Glacier until we reach Everest Base Camp. Khumbu Glacier, one of the deepest george in the world. After spending some time at Base Camp, we head back to Gorak Shep for over night.
Note: During high season(march-may and september-November) the Flight operate from Manthali to Lukla via Back. Due to high air traffic the domastic flight shift to Manthali.
