Super Fildena (which contains both Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine) is a combination medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in men. 1. Use With Nitrates or Nitroglycerin Medications:
Super Fildena should not be taken in combination with nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or other nitrate-based drugs). Both Sildenafil (the active ingredient for ED) and Dapoxetine (for PE) can lower blood pressure, and combining them with nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure that can lead to dizziness, fainting, and even heart attack or stroke.
2. Heart Conditions and Recent Cardiovascular Events:
Super Fildena is not recommended for men who have experienced a heart attack, stroke, or severe heart failure in the last 6 months.
It should also be avoided by individuals with uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, severe arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), or other serious heart conditions.
3. Severe Liver or Kidney Impairment:
Men with severe liver or kidney disease should avoid using Super Fildena. The body may have difficulty metabolizing the components of the medication, which can lead to higher drug levels and increased risk of side effects.
Mild to moderate liver or kidney conditions should be carefully managed under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
4. Hypersensitivity or Allergies:
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Super Fildena, especially Sildenafil or Dapoxetine, it should not be used. Signs of an allergic reaction may include hives, swelling, difficulty breathing, or rash.
5. Severe Retinal Disorders:
Super Fildena should be avoided by individuals who have a history of serious eye conditions, such as retinitis pigmentosa (a rare inherited eye disorder), as it may affect vision or lead to sudden vision loss.
6. Severe Dehydration or Electrolyte Imbalance:
If you are experiencing severe dehydration or have electrolyte imbalances (such as low sodium or potassium), using Super Fildena could cause complications or increase the likelihood of side effects.
7. Active Gastrointestinal Ulcers:
Super Fildena is not recommended for men with active stomach ulcers or severe gastrointestinal bleeding, as Dapoxetine can potentially increase the risk of bleeding in certain cases.
8. Taking Other Medications That Affect Blood Pressure or Sexual Health:
If you are on medications such as alpha-blockers (used for high blood pressure or prostate issues), antifungal or antibiotic drugs that interfere with Sildenafil, or other antidepressants or SSRIs that affect serotonin levels, you should consult your doctor. Super Fildena may interact with these medications and cause adverse effects.
9. Mental Health Conditions:
Men with severe mental health conditions (such as bipolar disorder or mania) or those who have a history of suicidal thoughts or behavior should exercise caution when using Dapoxetine (the antidepressant in Super Fildena), as it may affect serotonin levels and worsen mental health symptoms.
10. Severe Penile Deformities or Conditions:
Men with physical conditions that affect the penis, such as penile deformities, Peyronie’s disease, or history of priapism (prolonged, painful erections), should avoid using Super Fildena, as it may increase the risk of developing priapism.
11. Under the Age of 18:
Super Fildena is not recommended for men under the age of 18. It is only prescribed for adult men who have specific conditions of ED and PE.
Super Fildena should be used only as prescribed by a doctor, especially considering potential interactions with other medications and medical conditions. It is essential to consult your healthcare provider before starting treatment with Super Fildena, particularly if you have underlying health concerns such as heart disease, kidney or liver issues, or if you take any other medications.
