The combination of luxury, attention to detail, and efficiency was ideal throughout our family's British Airways IAD Terminal flight at the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) Terminal. We anticipated a few travel issues because our group included grandparents and little children, but everything went smoothly as soon as we got there. The British Airways employees were pleasant and professional, and the terminal was orderly, peaceful, and family-friendly. The trip felt more intimate and less like a typical flight thanks to their kind assistance with check-in and ensuring that our family was sat together.
