Hi, It was a nice experience visiting the Turkish Airlines Yekaterinburg Office. The employees were polite and explained the whole process of international flight bookings to me very clearly and patiently. They had queries regarding baggage allowance, the protocol for travel, and my seat choice—they replied to all of those without any hesitation. The office was clean and tidy, and there was no waiting time. Most impressive was their helpfulness with special meal requirements for my flight to Istanbul and attention to detail. I also liked that they provided local support in Russian, which facilitated communication greatly. It's reassuring to know that there is a competent in-person service for such a large international carrier in Yekaterinburg. I left the office well-prepared and confident about my trip. Strongly suggested for travelers in need of personal assistance.
