When I visited the Jetblue Airlines Houston Office I had the most incredible experience. The attitude was kind and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff gave me a warm greeting right away and treated me like a valued customer. I was happy that my worries had been allayed because I had come in to investigate airline options for a future trip and to address a reservation issue. There, the staff truly went above and above. In particular, one agent took the time to carefully go over all of my trip alternatives with me, clearly and enthusiastically describing each one. Their attention to detail and sincere desire to satisfy their consumers were evident in every connection.
