Instead of beginning in the air, one of my favorite travel experiences began on the ground at the Turkish Airlines Office in Nurnberg As soon as I went in, I was treated with competence and a genuine welcome. By effectively handling my reservation and making personalized suggestions for my trip to Istanbul, the staff went above and beyond. Instead of treating me like a tourist, they treated me like a guest. It was amazing how much detail there was. Their help felt truly tailored, whether they were helping me choose the best seat, explaining baggage policies, or recommending local Turkish food to try when I got there. They also offered tips on how to locate Istanbul's hidden gems and charming neighborhoods.
