My favorite trip was to the Jetblue Airlines Office in Port of Spain where everything went smoothly and was pleasurable from beginning to end. A welcoming staff welcomed me and put me at ease as soon as I stepped in. I went to the office to alter my flight, and the personnel was really helpful. The office was modern, open, and big, with lots of windows letting in natural light. They provided me with a number of options, instantly recognized my predicament, and easily walked me through the entire procedure. The most notable thing was how well-organized and effective everything was. There was no uncertainty or waiting.
