The tour of KLM Airlines Tampa Office was perhaps my favorite outing. When I initially arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, which made for a wonderful experience. I relaxed in the chic, contemporary, and cozy office while I got ready to go. The outstanding customer service was the most obvious improvement. In addition to their expertise, the staff members truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. They were helpful and friendly, and they assisted me with everything from rebooking tickets to suggesting certain trips. I received continuous assistance along the road, and the staff's promptness and expertise made sure that all of my questions were answered.
