I had the nicest trip ever at the KLM Airlines Office in Tampa where I received unmatched service that shaped the rest of my trip. The personnel was welcoming and professional from the moment I entered the office, and they were willing to help with all of my trip arrangements. I was amazed at how easily they assisted me in booking my tickets, making sure I had the finest seat choices and the most flexible timetable. What really set this trip apart was the individualized care I got. My particular requirements, such as requesting vegetarian meals and help with my luggage, were easily met by the staff. A thorough explanation of the Flying Blue loyalty program was given.
