When I walked into KLM Airlines Office in Guatemala my greatest adventure began. The expertise and warmth of the staff immediately impressed me. Despite my misgivings about my abroad schedule, the personnel calmly and clearly addressed all of my inquiries. In addition to explaining my flight options and helping me modify my trip dates, they also offered me guidance on the required visas for my final destination. The most noteworthy feature was the sense of personalization in the service. Unlike online booking, it was a huge difference to be able to speak with someone who genuinely cared. Good signage, a clean waiting room, and helpful staff created a calm, orderly, and welcoming environment.
