Hello, I'm johni, and I'm from Canada. To reschedule my flight, I went to the Air France Accra Office. It was a wonderful experience for me. The woman who assisted me was amiable and cognizant of my needs. She ensured that my new ticket was completed accurately. She also informed me of the travel regulations and check-in hours. Less than 20 minutes were needed for the entire process. I thought it was very quick and simple. The office was neat, and the personnel was professional. I'm glad I visited that place. I saved time and tension because of it.
