I made a mistake with the date when I booked my ticket online. When I learned, I was really anxious. I went to the Breeze Airways Santa Ana Office to seek assistance. The staff was really courteous and helpful. Without charging me anything, they adjusted my ticket to the correct date. I was surprised by their level of knowledge. They took care of everything politely and promptly. I grinned broadly as I walked out of the office. When I needed them most, they were a huge assistance. Breeze Airways, thank you!
