For my family vacation, Sun Country Airlines San Juan Office was a huge help. We had some confusion with our group booking, and instead of calling, we decided to visit. I'm happy we did! The staff spent time updating our seats, explaining everything, and even suggesting better options for us. For the benefit of our children, they made sure we all sat together. The entire office had a friendly, inviting vibe. It was evident to me that the staff genuinely wanted to assist. I would suggest this business to anyone in need of prompt, courteous assistance.
