I had the nicest customer service from the Philippine Airlines Melbourne Office. I had a lot of questions while organizing a family vacation. Every detail, including special meals for my kids and layover times, was handled by the agent. She was incredibly informed and patient. The environment was friendly and welcoming, and the office was spotless. I smiled as I walked out. Anyone looking for efficient and amiable treatment should visit this office, in my opinion. For me, they truly made things easy.
