I visited the Qatar Airways Accra Office to inquire about the status of my reservation for a group trip. Since there were five of us, I assumed it would be challenging. However, the personnel handled things with ease. They even ensured that our seats were near to one another. Their system and the clear explanation of the procedure impressed me. Being handled with consideration felt fantastic. They took their time and addressed all of our inquiries. We all grinned as we left the office.
