I had to make a last-minute flight change and was at a loss on what to do. I was advised to go to the Singapore Airlines Beirut Office by a friend. I'm quite happy that I did! Professionalism and empathy were displayed by the personnel. They assisted me in selecting the finest flight by swiftly examining the available possibilities. They gave a thorough explanation. Because they managed everything so skillfully, I felt at ease. It's comforting to know that excellent service is still available. From now on, I will always fly with Singapore Airlines.
