The representative was polite, professional, and extremely attentive to my concerns. The office itself was clean, well-organized, and very efficient—I didn’t have to wait long to be served. I also appreciated how the team explained the updated baggage policies and gave helpful advice for check-in at the airport. It’s rare to find such high-quality, personalized service. British Airways upholds its stellar reputation here in Muscat. I would highly recommend this office to any traveler. Truly five-star service.
