Hi everyone!
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately due to work and studies, and a friend recently suggested I try Access Bars Healing. I started looking into it and found out it involves gently touching 32 points on the head (called Access Bars 32 Points) to release stress, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks. Sounds interesting, but I’m still a bit unsure.

How long does a typical session last?
Is it okay to go alone for the first time?
Does it really help with anxiety and mental clarity?
