My vacation was so much easier to organize thanks to the Etihad Airways Hong Kong office. The personnel were courteous and professional in their responses to my many inquiries about baggage and visa needs. They were helpful in organizing my complicated multi-city schedule. Their desire to go above and beyond and their attention to detail were noteworthy. There was a friendly atmosphere, and I was served immediately. The fact that Hong Kong has such a productive support center is a huge plus. To anyone flying with Etihad, I heartily recommend their services.
