We’re switching from part-load to full truck load services due to volume growth. TCI Express has been recommended as a reliable provider, but I want to confirm from those using them—is their FTL service actually good? Do they provide dedicated trucks, and how flexible are they with pick-up windows? Also, is it cost-effective versus aggregators? I’m especially curious about their vehicle condition, real-time tracking, and responsiveness during delays or reroutes.
