In the British Airways New York Office where first-rate service set the stage for an amazing trip, my best trip started. The friendly employees that met me when I first arrived made the check-in procedure easy and stress-free. They answered all of my questions, helped me with my itinerary, and even gave me useful directions to Heathrow Airport when I arrived. It was instantly apparent that they were careful and well-informed. The immediate personal attention I received was what really made my vacation exceptional, aside from the flight. During our transatlantic journey, the crew listened to my preferences and moved my seat to a window view.
