Frontier Airlines is based at the ATL terminal, and my time there was a combination of positives and negatives. The check-in procedure was quite seamless, featuring self-service kiosks that facilitated obtaining my boarding pass. Nonetheless, the queues for security were rather lengthy, which can be annoying, particularly during busy travel periods. After clearing security, the terminal seemed somewhat cramped, featuring limited seating availability and a few dining options that fell short of my expectations. The environment was vibrant, yet it missed the coziness and facilities available in other terminals. The positive aspect was that the staff were amicable and supportive, which aided in maneuvering through the airport. In general, although Frontier Airlines ATL Terminal offers advantages like low fares and satisfactory service, the terminal experience could benefit from upgrades to improve passenger comfort and convenience.
