Hello! It was a surprisingly pleasant flight from the Southwest Airlines HND Terminal. Even though I'm used to hectic airport situations, this one felt controlled and serene. The quick Wi-Fi and comfortable chairs gave me plenty of time to get coffee and even work. The staff was courteous and supportive, particularly during my gate change. The environment was productive and cheerful, which was exactly what I needed to start my journey. Bravo to the team and Southwest!
