Malegra 120, which contains sildenafil citrate (the active ingredient also found in Viagra), is not typically screened for in standard drug tests. Standard drug panels, such as 5-panel or 10-panel tests, usually look for substances like marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, and similar drugs of abuse. Malegra 120mg is a prescription medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension and is not considered a drug of abuse, so it is rarely included in employment or legal drug testing.
However, specialized testing could detect sildenafil if specifically ordered, such as in cases of doping in sports or medical investigations. Even then, detection would depend on timing, dosage, and the type of test used (blood, urine, etc.). For most people, sildenafil is eliminated within 24–36 hours.
