The Air Arabia Baggage Policy is designed to provide travelers with a convenient and cost-effective luggage system, especially suited for those flying on a budget. As a prominent low-cost airline in the Middle East and North Africa, Air Arabia allows passengers to tailor their baggage needs according to their travel plans. For cabin baggage, passengers are allowed to carry one piece of hand luggage weighing up to 10 kg with maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. In addition, passengers may bring a small personal item such as a handbag or laptop bag. It is important that carry-on bags fit in the overhead compartments and comply with size and weight limits to avoid extra fees at the boarding gate. When it comes to checked baggage, Air Arabia offers a flexible, weight-based system instead of limiting the number of bags. Passengers can pre-book baggage allowances of 20 kg, 30 kg, or 40 kg, with no restrictions on how many bags they check in, as long as the combined weight stays within the selected limit. However, no single piece of luggage should exceed 32 kg in weight or 160 cm in total dimensions. Pre-booking baggage online during reservation or through the "Manage Booking" portal is highly recommended, as it is much more economical than paying for extra baggage at the airport. Charges for excess baggage at the airport are applied per kilogram and can add up quickly.
