This service is free of charge and should be requested at least 48 hours before departure to ensure availability. Passengers with hearing or visual impairments are provided personalized support, including priority boarding, safety instructions in alternative formats, and the option to travel with a guide dog in the cabin at no additional cost. For those with medical needs, Turkish Airlines allows the use of medical devices like CPAP machines and offers onboard oxygen with prior approval.
