The choice that really set the tone for our entire trip was our visit to the Emirate Airlines Miami Office which marked the beginning of our best family travel experience. The atmosphere was serene, polished, and friendly from the time we entered. We were immediately made to feel like more than just clients by the staff's sincere kindness in greeting us. We anticipated difficulties because we were organizing a multigenerational family trip abroad, with busy parents, grandparents, and children. Rather, the employees carefully walked us through each step. They made arrangements for special assistance for my elderly father, helped us select connecting flights that worked with our schedule, and even made sure the children were seated together and fed in-flight meals that met their needs.
