My greatest trip started at the Delta Airline Prague Office where outstanding customer service and sincere concern created the beginning of an absolutely remarkable adventure. After making some last-minute adjustments to my schedule, I chose to go to the office in person rather than feel anxious. That choice ended up changing the course of events. I was welcomed with professionalism and friendliness as soon as I got there. In addition to rebooking my ticket, the staff took the time to learn about my preferences and provided options for seats, assistance with my SkyMiles account, and even advice on how to navigate the airport more easily. Their attention to detail was the most noticeable aspect. They set up a more cozy sitting arrangement after realizing I was traveling alone.
