The dino game is a simple yet addictive side-scrolling platformer embedded into the Google Chrome browser. It activates automatically when you lose your internet connection and a “No Internet” screen appears. A small pixelated dinosaur appears on the screen with a message saying “No Internet.” But pressing the space bar (or tapping on a touchscreen) instantly launches the T-Rex into a running sequence across a desert landscape.
The game’s main objective is to survive for as long as possible by avoiding obstacles like cacti and pterodactyls. As the game progresses, the speed increases, making it more difficult to dodge hazards. One collision ends the game, encouraging players to aim for higher scores through practice and precision.
How to Play the Dino Game
You can access the game in two main ways:
Offline Mode: Disconnect from your internet and open Google Chrome. The Dino Game will appear automatically.
Online Mode: Open Chrome and type chrome://dino into the address bar, then hit Enter. This will launch the game even if you're connected to the internet.
