I want to improve my eating habits and overall fitness, but my work schedule makes it tough to visit a clinic regularly. I noticed that Dietitian Fainah provides virtual diet coaching. I’ve never tried this format before—does it actually feel personal enough? Does she provide ongoing motivation and check-ins, or is it more of a one-time plan? I’d like suggestions from those who’ve tried online nutritionists, especially her, before I commit. Thanks!
