Hi everyone,
I’m flying with Emirates soon, but I may need to adjust my travel dates due to work commitments. I usually prefer managing changes online, but a friend recommended visiting the Emirates Airline Kuala Lumpur Office for faster service.
Has anyone here used the office specifically for flight changes or rebooking? How smooth was the process, and did it cost extra compared to handling it online? I’d also like to know if they can assist with baggage add-ons at the same time, or if that has to be done separately.
I’m debating whether it’s worth the trip to the office or if I should just rely on the app. Any insights or personal experiences would be super helpful before I decide.
