Hiranandani Sands Alibaug represents the next chapter of my vision, a project that excites me even more than the ones before it. Spread across 225 acres, almost as vast as Hiranandani Gardens in Powai, this coastal township blends nature, hospitality, and world-class infrastructure to create a destination unlike any other. Alibaug’s natural beauty forms the heart of this development, with a protected Wetland Park and 25 acres of forest enriched by over 7,000 trees, ensuring sustainability remains central to its identity. The pristine 3 km beachfront adds magic, offering residents and visitors the joy of water sports, leisure, and cultural activities while retaining its unspoiled charm.
This township is designed for inclusivity, with diverse housing options ranging from apartments to villas, plots, and serviced residences making it a home for professionals, families, and retirees alike.
