Travelers can cancel their flights easily through the Justfly “Manage My Booking” section online by entering their booking reference number and last name.Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Non-refundable tickets may only be eligible for travel credits or partial refunds based on the airline’s policy. Additionally, travel insurance purchased through Justfly may cover cancellation costs in specific cases such as medical emergencies or flight disruptions.
