I am planning to stop by the Turkish Airlines Helsinki Office in Finland this week and wanted to gather some recommendations beforehand. I need help with upgrading my seat and checking the availability of an earlier flight. If you have visited, were the staff able to provide upgrade options quickly, or did they need time to review the booking? I am also curious about how busy the office gets during lunch hours. Some people say mornings are quieter, while others claim afternoons are better. If there are must bring documents, please share that too. I do not want to make multiple trips because I forgot something simple.
