Tadalista (200) (though note: “Tadalista 200” is not a standard / commonly prescribed strength — Tadalista is typically available in lower doses — so this could be an error; I'll describe Tadalista / tadalafil generally, and mention cautions): Tadalista is a prescription medication whose active ingredient is tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE?5) inhibitor. It is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Unlike some other ED drugs, its effects can last for up to 36 hours, giving it the nickname the “weekend pill.” Tadalafil also relaxes smooth muscles in other parts of the body, so it is used to treat benign prostatic Tadalista(BPH) — helping with urinary symptoms — as well as pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in some formulations. Dosage: For ED, a common dose is taken 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Depending on prescription, it can also be taken daily in lower doses. Side effects: Common ones include headache, back pain, muscle aches, indigestion, flushing, and nasal congestion. More serious but rare effects include prolonged erection (priapism), sudden vision or hearing loss, and low blood pressure. Precautions: Do not take it with nitrates (used for chest pain) — this can dangerously lower blood pressure. How it works: Tadalafil blocks the PDE?5 enzyme, which normally breaks down a molecule called cGMP. By preventing this breakdown, it helps blood vessels relax and fill with blood during arousal, leading to an erection.
