I’m currently using The Party Services Web to manage event bookings for our company, and I’m running into a challenge when handling multiple overlapping events. I want to make sure our scheduling is efficient and avoids double bookings, but I’m not sure what the best approach is within the platform.

Is there a way to view all upcoming bookings in a consolidated calendar to easily spot overlaps?
What’s the recommended way to assign staff and resources across multiple events without causing conflicts?
