Hi everyone, our startup just got a big client order and we need to deliver a complex web app in 4 months. Right now we have only 5 in-house developers and it's not enough. We don't want to hire permanently because after this project the workload will drop. Recruiting takes too much time and money. Has anyone used external help to add engineers quickly? How was the experience? Do they really integrate well with your team? What companies provide good senior specialists without long delays? I need React and Node.js experts who can start almost immediately.

Hey, we faced the exact same situation last year. The best solution for us was staff augmentation. It lets you add experienced developers to your team fast without putting them on your payroll. They work under your management and follow your processes. One provider that worked really well for us is staff augmentation syndicode . They have a pool of senior engineers, do thorough skill checks, and can provide people within 48 hours. You get niche experts, good communication, and they handle all legal and overhead stuff. We scaled from 6 to 12 devs in under a week and finished the project on time. Cost-effective too since no recruitment fees on your side. Highly recommend checking them if you need quick and reliable extension.

I agree, staff augmentation saved us during peak times. We added two backend devs for 5 months and they fit perfectly. No headaches with contracts or taxes. Just tell them your stack and they send matching people who actually know their stuff. After the rush we scaled down easily. Good option when you want control but need speed.
