Tadalista CT 20 mg is a combination medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains Tadalafil for ED and Dapoxetine for PE. While effective, Tadalista CT can occasionally affect vision in some users.
How Vision Can Be Affected
Tadalafil, like other PDE5 inhibitors, works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow. Rarely, this can temporarily reduce blood flow to the optic nerve or retina, leading to visual disturbances such as:
Blurred vision
Increased sensitivity to light
Blue or green tinge to vision
Difficulty distinguishing colors
These symptoms are usually mild and temporary, resolving within a few hours. Severe vision problems, such as non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), are extremely rare but require immediate medical attention.
Risk Factors
Men with pre-existing eye conditions, cardiovascular disease, or diabetes may have a higher risk of vision-related side effects. Dapoxetine in the combination is less commonly associated with visual issues.
Precautions
Do not use TADALISTA CT 20 MG with nitrate medications or in the presence of severe heart problems.
If sudden vision loss or significant changes occur, stop the medication immediately and seek urgent medical care.
Regular eye check-ups are recommended for men with risk factors.
In summary, Tadalista CT 20 mg can rarely cause temporary visual disturbances, mainly due to tadalafil, and caution is advised for those with existing eye or cardiovascular issues.
