Hi everyone,
I’d like to get some opinions on COMMERCIAL BUY-TO-LET as an investment strategy. Unlike residential property, this involves renting out offices, shops, or warehouses to businesses. It can offer higher rental yields and longer lease terms, but vacancies and economic shifts can pose bigger risks.
For those with experience, do you find COMMERCIAL BUY-TO-LET more profitable than residential? Is it worth the higher initial investment and stricter financing?
